About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a fast-paced Rewards team within a leading financial services organisation.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary product and design team alongside UX Designers, Product Owners, Researchers, and other Content Designers to create clear, useful, and customer-focused digital experiences.
The role offers a varied mix of product development, BAU activity, and customer campaigns, giving you the opportunity to influence both everyday customer experiences and high-profile initiatives.
The Project
A key focus of the role will be the Challenges feature within Rewards. Challenges are designed to encourage customers to adopt positive financial behaviours and reward them for doing so. You’ll play an important role in understanding customer needs and translating those insights into engaging, accessible, and easy-to-understand digital experiences.
Alongside this product work, you’ll also support BAU activity and customer campaigns, including high-profile seasonal campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
