Role Overview
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, responsible for delivering high-quality content design across our global platforms.

You will be expected to step into an established workflow quickly, take ownership of briefs, and maintain consistency, quality and pace across all design output.
This role suits an adaptable magazine feature designer, content designer or art editor who is confident working independently and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Purpose of the Role
To deliver high-quality, on-brand content design that reflects a strong understanding of audience, storytelling and platform.
You will work across multiple brands and stakeholders, ensuring all design output meets BizClik’s standards while supporting wider editorial, marketing, events and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design magazine features, profiles and associated assets to a consistently high standard, on time and without error
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, storytelling and audience understanding across all outputs
- Prepare and publish magazines and supplements in line with publishing schedules
- Take ownership of briefs and manage delivery independently
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
- Work closely with editorial, marketing, events and sales teams to support wider business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve design, workflow and user experience
- Stay aware of industry trends in B2B media, editorial design and digital content

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in editorial, magazine or content design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, storytelling and brand consistency
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Confident working independently within an established process
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
