Senior Content Designer
Clearance: BPSS
Outside IR35
Rate £450.00 - £500.00
We are seeking a talented Senior Content Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating user-centred content that enhances the overall experience for our users. You will collaborate closely with researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our content meets both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, engaging, and accessible content that aligns with user needs and organisational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring content effectively addresses user pain points.
- Use data and user research to inform content decisions and continuously improve user experience.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across various platforms and channels.
- Ensure all content adheres to the Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and best practises.
- Create and manage content schedules to align with project timelines and deliverables.

- Strong experience in content design, with a focus on user-centred approaches.
- Strong experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using content management systems and other relevant tools.
