Job Title: Content Designer

Location: London, SW11 8BZ (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £275 - £345 per day on PAYE + paid holidays + pension (Equivalent to £75k - 89k per annum)

Summary:

We’re looking for a content-focused designer with strong retouching and compositing skills to help create compelling visuals for TV shows and films on-platform. You’ll be working within an international creative team of designers and art directors to develop artwork that feels true to the world of each title — drawing on episodic stills, unit photography, and layered assets to build smart, eye-catching visuals that live inside the product experience. You’ll take early-stage concepts and help bring them to life visually — shaping tone, refining composition, applying light grading and retouching, and getting visuals to a place where they clearly communicate the creative intent. From there you will either finish these in-house, or work with vendors to finalize for use on platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
