Job Opportunity: Content Design Professional
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join a company dedicated to powering global travel for everyone, everywhere. This organization is at the forefront of the travel industry, creating innovative and cohesive end-to-end experiences that serve millions of travelers and partners worldwide.
Are you passionate about solving complex content challenges and driving impactful user experiences that help people explore the world? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced content design professional to take ownership of a critical area at the intersection of travel, loyalty, and financial services. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the content strategy for our loyalty program’s financial product experiences, directly influencing how millions of users engage with and benefit from their travel journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, consistent, and engaging digital interactions, making a tangible difference in our users’ ability to see and enjoy more of the world.
As part of a global cross-disciplinary team that unites user experience design, content design, and research, you will contribute to delivering innovative and cohesive end-to-end experiences. This is a product content role, focused on user experience, not content marketing.
Job Details
- Type: 12-months, hybrid contract
- Pay: up to £582.20 per day – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE)

What You’ll Do
- Drive the content strategy and approach to enhancing the product experience for our loyalty program’s financial product.
- Define the content vision for financial product experiences and connect it to broader loyalty and membership strategies.
- Build messaging frameworks, routing matrices, and pattern guidance to ensure consistency at scale.
- Apply Information Architecture (IA) methods and content systems within our design system to deliver scalable, accessible solutions.
- Design content for critical user journeys, including onboarding, transactional flows, notifications, and key decision moments.
- Translate qualitative, quantitative, and business data into clear content direction.
- Design and conduct content tests with Research and Product teams, leveraging findings to drive measurable improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Legal teams to achieve messaging cohesion across all channels.
- Work closely with Engineering, Localization, and Accessibility teams to deliver content that translates globally and is inclusive for everyone.
- Elevate the quality standards within your immediate team and across the broader Experience Design organization.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience across UX writing, content strategy, Information Architecture (IA), or conversational design.
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your strategic thinking process, problem-solving approaches, and your influence on cross-functional work and retention outcomes, particularly in loyalty or membership contexts.
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer.
- Industry-specific experience in financial services/Fintech, technology, travel, or banking.
- Deep experience with complex, multi-surface product experiences, ideally within loyalty programs or financial products.
- The ability to seamlessly transition between hands-on writing and strategic content planning, understanding when each approach is most effective.
- Experience designing content models, AI frameworks, or agent-driven experiences, with an understanding of how content shapes AI behavior and output.
- Strong skills in presenting compelling rationale and narratives behind content strategies and decisions to diverse stakeholders, including peers, partners, Legal, Marketing, Security, Product teams, and senior leadership.
- Experience applying human-centered design (HCD) practices.
