TL;DR

We're looking for a contract Content Designer who can write both inside the product and across the website. You'll own the words in onboarding, empty states, and error messaging, and partner with PMM and our external design partner on the copy and structure of lovable.dev. This is a full-time engagement.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we're just getting started.

Lovable is one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in content design or UX writing, with a portfolio that shows work on both sides: copy shipped inside a product, and marketing pages you wrote or restructured
  • Real in-product examples. Onboarding flows, empty states, error messaging, upgrade moments - the words people hit when something is confusing or has gone wrong. Tell us what changed as a result
  • Real web examples. Pages where the copy carries the argument, not just the headline.
  • The ability to look at an already-designed page and say precisely where the message gets lost on a skim, then rewrite it
  • A clear point of view on voice. You can describe a brand's voice and point to copy where you delivered a message in it
  • Comfort working at the pace of a design team that ships daily, in Figma, alongside product designers and PMs rather than downstream of them
  • Comfort partnering with an external design agency as well as internal marketing and design stakeholders
  • Genuine full-time capacity for the length of the contract. We move fast and this needs to be your primary focus
  • Ideally - content strategy chops. Strategy and SEO aren't the core scope here, but the instincts show up in the work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

If you're strong on only one side of this, apply anyway. We know we're describing a rare combination. If you're exceptional at in-product writing and have never touched a marketing site, or you're a brilliant web writer who has never written an error message, we still want to see your work. Tell us which side you're great at and we'll take it from there.

What you'll do

In one sentence: Make Lovable sound like one company, in the product and on the website.

  • Own the copy in the moments that decide whether someone sticks: first run in the editor, empty states, failed and partial builds, upgrade and credit prompts
  • Name things - features, surfaces, settings - so the product's own vocabulary holds together
  • Write copy for new and refreshed marketing pages with PMM, making sure current GTM messaging is actually reflected on the site
  • Work with our external design partner on content hierarchy, categorization, and the top-level navigation. You'll shape it with them rather than own it alone
  • Diagnose and fix pages that are already designed but not landing, focusing on hierarchy, scannability, and messages that have to work fast
  • Sit embedded with marketing and design, with full context on how messaging decisions get made across the business
