About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Made Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the unique needs of our public sector clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver scalable and efficient digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful technology solutions that improve public services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably within the public sector or government projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web frameworks and modern development tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
