• A strong grounding and experience in user-centred content design, from concept to final delivery
• Knowledge of what good end-to-end public services look like and the importance of designing content in an inclusive, accessible way.
• Understanding user needs, participating in research activities and using research to inform the design

In the event of a high volume of applications for this vacancy, an initial sift will be conducted on the lead criteria 'A strong grounding and experience in user-centred content design, from concept to final delivery' and a full sift only carried out on those applications that pass the initial sift stage.

The blended interview will assess the essential Technical and Experience criteria and behaviours listed in the Job Description, as well as the strengths associated with the role. We want to hear your first, unrehearsed, natural response to the strength questions, and so we don’t advertise which strengths are being tested. The best way to prepare for strengths questions is to reflect on what you identify as your own personal strengths, and your preferred ways of working.

Please note, the desirable criteria will only be assessed in the event of a tie-break between candidates.
