About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Content Developer – Financial Services to join our UK Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you’ll ensure our UK Regulatory Compliance portfolio’s content is accurate, current, commercially relevant, and delivers exceptional value—in particular for the Financial Services sector.

As the subject-matter owner for assigned content areas, you’ll:

  • Monitor UK regulatory and Financial Services developments to ensure content stays relevant and timely.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer and market insights.
  • Engage with customers, regulators, and industry professionals to stay ahead of evolving compliance needs.
  • Support new content development, portfolio reviews, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, editorial, and operational teams to enhance customer success and product adoption.
  • Build and manage relationships with external authors, contributors, and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor regulatory changes within the Financial Services sector to ensure alignment with evolving legal frameworks.
  • Manage and enhance content modules, incorporating feedback to improve usability and commercial relevance.
  • Partner with customers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to identify trends and compliance priorities.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including product launches, acquisitions, and content expansions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, editorial) to ensure alignment between content, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Coordinate external contributors to maintain consistent quality and deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools, digital publishing platforms) to refine content delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Background in Financial Services, compliance, legal, regulatory, or risk environments.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong research, analysis, and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to engage effectively with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry leaders.
    • Commercial awareness of regulatory evolution and trends.
    • Experience in content development, publishing, or legal technology (advantageous but not mandatory).
    • Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, AI-driven publishing platforms).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Independent decision-making with accountability for content accuracy.
    • Proactive approach to identifying regulatory gaps and mitigation strategies.
    • Willingness to contribute to portfolio strategy discussions and support team growth.
