Content Developer e-Learning & LMS Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives.
This role involves instructional design, e-learning development, LMS administration, and analytics to enhance digital learning experiences. The position will report to the Senior LMS Team Lead in Hyderabad, India.
About the Role
The Content Developer will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and global teams to design, develop, and deliver engaging content for onboarding, training programs, and compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining existing systems, ensuring learning outcomes are met, and championing continuous improvement in instructional design.
Responsibilities
E-Learning Development & Instructional Design
- Design and develop end-to-end courseware, including interactive e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, simulations, videos, and assessments aligned with learning objectives using:
- Articulate Storyline
- Adobe Captivate
- Camtasia
- Other relevant platforms
- Create scripts, storyboards, and assessments by converting SME-provided content into learner-ready training materials, adhering to frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, maintain, and improve e-learning courses
- Conduct quality reviews of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards
- Manage content updates, version control, and archival processes to keep training materials relevant and accessible

LMS Administration and Support
- Administer and support a large user base LMS, ensuring seamless performance for learners, instructors, and administrators
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hire onboarding, managing global end-to-end training processes and automating workflows for efficiency
- Coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, including scheduling, attendance tracking, record updates, and stakeholder communication
- Provide technical support for LMS-related issues and ensure data integrity
- Organise learning content across LMS, SharePoint, and repositories, maintaining consistency in structure and accessibility
- Monitor enrollments, completions, and usage metrics to track LMS performance
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to measure learner engagement and training effectiveness
- Support compliance reporting and data-driven decision-making
- Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design and e-learning technology
- Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to drive innovation in training solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning experience design, or content development, preferably in global or multicultural environments
- Proficiency in e-learning tools:
- Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Camtasia
- Adobe Creative Suite & Vyond
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adult learning theories
- E-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
- Data analysis and reporting (Microsoft Excel)
- Enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo)
- Graphic design, multimedia development, and scripting skills (highly desirable)
- Excellent writing, collaboration, and communication abilities across diverse teams
