Role Description

The Content Editor contract role at Dentopedia Group is a remote position focused on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of written and digital materials.

  • Editing and refining web content, patient-facing information, and internal communications to align with brand voice and clinical standards.
  • Collaborating with writers, clinicians, and operations teams to review drafts, verify facts, and maintain clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
  • Managing content workflows, applying editorial guidelines, optimizing content for digital channels, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical requirements in healthcare communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong editorial and writing skills, including experience editing for clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Proficiency in web content writing and content management for digital platforms.
  • Solid research abilities to verify information, reference credible sources, and support evidence-based content.
  • Attention to detail, excellent grammar, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote, contract setting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or dental terminology and patient communications is an advantage.
  • Experience with content management systems and basic understanding of SEO best practices is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
