Role Overview

As a Content Editor within our Customer Marketing team, you'll play an important role in bringing customer communications to life across our one to one digital channels. Working as part of a cross-functional squad, you'll help deliver engaging and effective communications that support our commercial objectives while creating great experiences for our customers.

You'll join a collaborative environment where marketing, digital, and technology colleagues work together to deliver communications across channels including internet banking, our banking app, and email. Using approved marketing content, you'll be responsible for building and publishing digital assets that reflect our brand standards and support customers throughout their journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Content Editor Lead within our 121 Enablement team, you'll help ensure high-quality content is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Working Environment

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35 hours.

This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.

For this job, you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some locations, you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part-time, you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office.
