CONTENT EDITOR - EDINBURGH (HYBRID) - £250-300 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

One of Lorien’s key public sector clients is looking for a Content Editor to support the migration, review and development of content for a new beta website.

Initial 4-month contract with potential 2-month extension

Edinburgh based with hybrid flex working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the transfer and development of website content
  • Editing and improving content for publication on a new beta website
  • Working with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve content quality
  • Publishing and maintaining content through CMS platforms
  • Applying accessibility standards and content best practice across digital content
  • Supporting user-focused content development activities

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Content Editor, Content Designer or similar role
  • Experience working with CMS platforms
  • Demonstrable experience applying WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles and standards
  • Experience gathering user feedback and using this to improve content
  • Strong editing, proofreading and content development skills
