Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially aware and creatively driven content professional to lead and align our editorial and communications strategy across multiple brands. This role will act as the central point of coordination across our content teams, ensuring consistency, engagement, and growth across newsletters, digital platforms, and event-based media.

The ideal candidate combines strong editorial judgement with modern content skills, including video, social media, and audience development. They will be equally comfortable shaping strategy, creating content, and representing the brand at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a cross-brand content and editorial strategy aligned with business and event objectives.
  • Act as the central coordination point between existing editorial contributors across brands (e.g. newsletters, features, campaigns).
  • Plan and deliver engaging, multi-format content including written articles, interviews, video, podcasts, and social media output.
  • Own and evolve the content approach for event promotion and on-site coverage, including pre-event campaigns and live content capture.
  • Conduct and manage video interviews at events, ensuring high-quality, audience-relevant output.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and engage audiences across platforms, applying modern content and social media strategies.
  • Support and enhance eNewsletter performance through content planning, structure, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure content supports sponsorship and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement, using insights to refine strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
