Marketing Director

Are you an experienced writer, editor and storyteller?

We are looking for an editorially strong Content Editor & Multimedia Writer to create engaging content across our publications, websites, newsletters, social media channels, events, webinars and podcasts.

This is a writing-led role. The successful candidate will be confident researching topics, conducting interviews, developing editorial angles and producing publication-quality content for professional audiences.

Whilst the role includes multimedia content and digital channels, we are not seeking a purely video editing, technical production or back-end content specialist. We are looking for a strong writer and editor who can create compelling content and adapt it across multiple platforms.

The Role

You will work across a portfolio of established brands, creating content that informs, engages and supports audience growth, event participation and commercial objectives.

Working closely with editorial, marketing and commercial colleagues, you will identify stories, interview industry professionals and develop content that reaches audiences through a range of channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write and edit high-quality content for websites, newsletters, publications and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews with industry professionals, speakers, exhibitors and customers, both remotely and at events.
  • Develop engaging editorial content including articles, features, opinion pieces, Q&As, case studies and event coverage.
  • Create content plans and editorial calendars supporting audience engagement and business objectives.
  • Adapt editorial content for social media, webinars, podcasts, email campaigns and other digital channels.
  • Support event promotion through pre-event features, speaker interviews, exhibitor spotlights and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing and commercial teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities.
  • Monitor audience engagement and content performance to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, grammar, style and editorial quality across all content produced.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
