Our Content Enablement Team:

Our Content Enablement team sits within the Content organization in the Global Business Organization. We create scalable, trusted guidance that helps content producers create high-quality organic content and supports Pinterest’s priority product and commercial experiences.

The Role:

The Content Enablement Lead will lead the strategy and execution of product-related organic content education, helping organic content producers understand and adopt the Pinterest products that support their success. You’ll champion producer needs, translate product developments into clear guidance and drive measurable adoption.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set the strategy and direction for scalable, product-related organic content education in complex or ambiguous product areas.
  • Translate audience insights, product knowledge, feedback and data into a clear point of view on organic content-producer needs, value propositions and tradeoffs—and into practical best practices that help producers and creators succeed on Pinterest.
  • Proactively monitor relevant product roadmaps, launches and changes; identify implications for organic content producers and translate them into timely, accurate education and guidance.
  • Partner with Product, Product Operations, Partnerships, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to represent the organic content-producer perspective early in product development, surface education implications, inform product and launch decisions and shape product-related education.
  • Build relationships with Product and other partner teams to proactively identify and advance opportunities to embed organic content education in tools and experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
