Overview
Are you ready to help shape the future of our online customer experience?
We're looking for Content Enrichment Coordinators to join our Commercial Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with digital content, using information, and using AI tools to improve the online shopping experience.
Working alongside Trading, Digital and our supplier partners, you'll identify opportunities to enhance product content, using performance insights, customer feedback and emerging technologies to deliver richer, more engaging product experiences that drive commercial results.

Responsibilities
- Use website data and performance reports to identify ways to improve product information online.
- Update and improve product descriptions using AI, ensuring content is clear, accurate and easy for customers to find online.
- Source and manage product images, videos and other digital content to make product pages more engaging.
- Use AI and new technology to improve content quality and make processes more efficient.
- Track the success of content updates and use results to make ongoing improvements.
- Work collaboratively with Trading, Digital, Vendors and other stakeholders to identify content enhancement opportunities that support commercial objectives.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent and aligned with company standards.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality content.

Qualifications
- Able to understand reports and data to identify what content is performing well and what could be improved.
- Good eye for detail when reviewing product data, copy and images, with an understanding of how visuals can influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships and influence people across different teams.
- Uses initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and take proactive action to achieve positive outcomes.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
