We are seeking a creative Content Executive to join our Brand Marketing team. Overseeing our student ambassador programme and creating student-first content, you'll be passionate about digital storytelling and thrive in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Curate, create and test a wide range of student-first content
- Travel to Centers across the UK to meet with students to uncover first-hand stories and produce engaging, on-the-ground content
- Source, brief and direct contributors including students, ambassadors and influencers
- Edit captured content in a creative and engaging manner using CapCut
- Monitor the upkeep of our digital estates: websites, blogs, coordination with social media team to ensure created content is used widely and where most relevant
- Development of content toolkit for each stage of the student journey
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan content production, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns, initiatives and audiences
- Coordinate and organize shoots and students with Centre staff to brief and support creation of UGC
- Engage with student audiences to understand their preferences and create resonant, engaging content
- Champion the global student ambassador programme and work with our International Study Centre teams to encourage students to sign up and engage with the programme.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital content by adhering to partner, ethical and legal guidelines
- Optimize content for different formats, platforms, and devices to ensure it is engaging, informative, and shareable

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in social media content creation and editing in CapCut
- Excellent organizational skills, with experience in project support and proven ability to coordinate across teams and delivery initiatives on time
- Ability to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with both student (B2C) and professional (B2B) audiences
- Excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of GDPR and safeguarding and what this means in terms of content capture and storage, including consent required to do so
Skills and attributes:
- An interest in storytelling, visual design, and copywriting
- Creative, curious, and highly adaptive to emerging content trends and technologies
- A creative flair and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting and producing content in front of and behind the camera
- Experience creating short videos using CapCut
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and resilient, with a high-energy approach to work
- Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced and changing commercial environment
- Strong written English, great attention to detail and proven proofing skills
