Your role in the JoJo story…
We're looking for a Content Executive to join us! You'll play an important role in creating and coordinating engaging content that brings the JoJo brand to life across social media and wider marketing channels.
Reporting to Marketing & PR Manager and working closely with the Social Media Executive, this role supports the delivery of the social media strategy through high-quality photography, video creation, editing and content production.
The role also provides operational support across social activity, including content organisation, creator support and reporting.
A peek into your daily adventures:
Content Creation
- Create engaging photo and video content for JoJo’s social media channels.
- Capture and edit social-first content, including Reels, Stories and TikToks, using mobile-first editing tools.
- Create content that reflects JoJo’s brand identity, campaigns and commercial priorities.
- Work collaboratively with the Creative Services team on social creative.
- Support the Social Media Executive with delivery of the social content calendar.
- Repurpose existing campaign assets into relevant social formats.
- Support the delivery of reactive and trend-led content.
- Coordinate product samples for social shoots, working with Buying, Design and other teams.
- Own content scheduling for all organic channels.
- Attend location and in-house photoshoots to capture social first behind the scenes content.
Creator & UGC Support
- Support creator gifting activity, including ordering, tracking and organising product deliveries.
- Assist with sourcing relevant UGC creators and content opportunities.
- Track creator content and support the collection of usable brand assets
Community & Social Support
- Support day-to-day community management across social channels.
- Respond to comments and messages where required.
- Monitor trends, customer conversations and competitor activity.
- Escalate customer feedback and insights to relevant teams.

Reporting & Wider Marketing Support
- Support social media reporting by gathering performance data and insights.
- Assist with wider Marketing & PR reporting where required.
- Support wider team activity including campaigns, events and ad hoc marketing projects.
Skills that make you shine:
- Confident in filming and using mobile-first video editing tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar to create engaging short-form content.
- Experience creating platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Good understanding of social media management platforms (e.g. Sprout Social) is desirable.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Express) would be beneficial.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations.
