This is a fully remote, full-time content marketing role within a fast-growing global education environment.

You will own day-to-day content production across campaigns, websites, blogs, ebooks, video, and marketing collateral.

The role combines creative storytelling with performance-focused copywriting designed to attract and convert prospective families.

You will help bring student experiences to life while maintaining a consistent brand voice across multiple digital channels.

Working closely with Social, Design, and Development teams, you will coordinate content across the broader marketing funnel.

You will also use SEO, GEO, and AI-supported workflows to increase content output while maintaining high editorial standards.

The role offers significant autonomy to introduce new content formats, improve processes, and identify opportunities for stronger engagement and growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the content calendar across campaigns, blogs, website copy, ebooks, video, and other digital content formats.
  • Produce website copy, approximately one ebook per month, campaign content, landing pages, and supporting marketing assets.
  • Develop persuasive full-funnel marketing content, including landing pages, paid advertising copy, lead-generation assets, and sales collateral.
  • Write keyword- and conversion-optimized landing pages that support acquisition and lead-generation objectives.
  • Develop editorial and digital content that brings student stories to life and engages prospective and existing families.
  • Produce thought leadership content by collaborating with internal experts and stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives.
  • Work closely with Social Media and Design colleagues to align written content, visual assets, tone of voice, and overall brand presentation.
  • Coordinate with Development teams on technical and on-page requirements supporting SEO, GEO, and AI search initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for new content formats, series, and improvements that can increase the effectiveness and scale of content production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
