Content Executive — Maverick Intelligence
Maverick Intelligence is an AI startup backed by Boost VC and LAUNCH. We’re looking for a Content Executive to work directly with our founder and turn what we’re building into content people actually want to watch, read, and share.
The brief is simple: content maxxing. LinkedIn, X, YouTube, short videos, founder content, behind the scenes, day in the life. Capture what’s happening, find the interesting angle, and get it out into the world.
You’ll own the process from idea to published post:
- LinkedIn and X: Write posts, threads, strong opinions, product stories, and company updates for both the founder’s accounts and Maverick Intelligence.
- Video: Plan, film, and edit short videos, interviews, product demos, and longer YouTube content.
- Founder content: Work closely with the founder to turn conversations, ideas, lessons, and everyday moments into content that sounds like him.
- Day in the life: Document the reality of building an AI startup: customer calls, events, launches, travel, wins, setbacks, and everything in between.
- Repurposing: Turn one recording into multiple useful pieces of content, adapting the hook and format for each platform.
- Publishing and growth: Own the content calendar, post consistently, engage with replies, and use performance data to decide what to make next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a creator’s mindset. You spot a good story, know what makes someone stop scrolling, and understand pacing, hooks, and personality.
- Can make things themselves. You can write, shoot, edit, caption, and publish without needing a production team.
- Moves quickly. You’re comfortable producing a lot of content, experimenting, and improving as you go.
- Understands the platforms. You know why something works on LinkedIn, why something else works on X, and what keeps people watching on YouTube.
- Brings their own ideas. You notice opportunities and make things happen without waiting for a detailed brief.
- Is curious about AI and startups. You enjoy learning about what we’re building and finding ways to make it understandable and interesting.
