ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
This is far more than writing standard blog posts. As our new Content Executive, you’ll craft behaviour-led copy across a wide variety of channels and formats: website copy, email sequences, video scripts, social media, case studies, and landing pages.
You won't be doing it in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content & Digital PR specialists, SEO experts, Creatives, and Behavioural Scientists to craft content that ranks, engages, and converts.
Here is what you’ll be doing day-to-day:
Creating High-Standard, Multi-Format Content
- Write compelling copy: Produce clear, engaging content across a range of formats, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, email marketing, video scripts, social media content, and case studies aligned with client brand tone.
- Write for the audience: Draft website copy informed by audience insights, behavioural science principles, AI-assisted research, keyword analysis, and search intent.
- Build SEO briefs: Work alongside SEO + Content Managers to build SEO content briefs that pinpoint opportunities for keyword optimisation, internal linking, and user engagement.
- Use AI responsibly: Use AI tools to support research, ideation, drafting, and editing, while applying your own critical thinking, human creativity, and context to ensure accuracy.
- Quality control: Thoroughly proofread and quality-check all work for spelling, grammar, and alignment with agency standards before anything goes live.
- Spot trends and opportunities: Collaborate with managers to identify content opportunities through competitor analysis, search trends, and emerging topics to boost traffic and rankings.
- Manage content on CMS platforms: Gain hands-on experience using various Content Management Systems to upload, update, and publish client content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
