The Role
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Content Executive who thrives on capturing and shaping ideas into compelling content.
You might be a journalism grad turned marketer, a social-first storyteller or an emerging creative with an eye for trends and a passion for brand-building.
This is a unique opportunity to join Yellow Fish. Working closely with our Business Director and Marketing and Content Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team, generating bold, fresh content that elevate our voice, attract clients, and grow our reputation. You’ll be working on promoting our agency family of brands and working on some of our exciting roster of clients, too.
This role is for someone who wants to make their mark: experimenting with formats, driving new narratives and helping shape how a brand like Yellow Fish shows up in the world.
About Yellow Fish
We’re Yellow Fish, an ambitious brand experience agency delivering for leading B2B and B2C brands across the globe. We bring ideas to life through experiences that connect people with brands in meaningful ways.
We operate in a fast‑paced, delivery‑led environment where collaboration, pace and detail matter. We’re also proud to be a certified B Corp. How we run our business matters as much as the work we deliver. Our commitments to people, planet and purpose shape every decision we make, and this role is central to upholding those values and turning commitments into daily practice.
With exciting projects lined up for 2026 and beyond, we are looking for a brilliant new team member to join us and play a key role in supporting the business as it continues to grow and tell our story.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
