About K-OS VISUALS
KV is a video-first GTM creative agency built for B2B SaaS and AI companies. Our mission: make brand-driven growth the standard in SaaS - not the exception. We build Video-Led GTM Engines, a structured system that turns brand into pipeline, so every piece of content works as hard as the sales team.
Six years in. 150+ B2B SaaS brands. Seven countries. Seven figures in pipeline. Three companies taken to acquisition. Brands like Santander, Clearco, Access, Duetto, Planday, Paytently and Ringover - and counting.
We're re-launching in October, and our brand presence should be growing faster than one person can push it alone. We need someone hungry to attack that problem - doubling down on team content that actually moves market share on LinkedIn and YouTube and beyond.
What you'll actually own
- Employee-powered and brand-led growth - Doubling down on the KV team producing and sharing content: package our wins, projects and thinking into content that drives our market share.
- Channels - YouTube, our LinkedIn Company Page, your own profile, and AI-assisted (human-refined) articles and newsletters.
- The ideas - Be our eyes and ears: stay on top of the hottest content, strategies and plays in the market. This feeds a standing weekly session with our founder where you bring real, opinionated ideas on how we attack the market - content bets, distribution angles, growth plays.
- The engine - Coordinate our content team, designers and editors delivering the podcast, vlog and info/carousels. You own the brief, timeline and review to keep the engine fuelled.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What this isn't
- A quiet calendar job for someone waiting to be told what's next
- A scheduling role - that's the smallest part of this
- A place for AI-generated content with no editing or taste
- A fit for someone who's unsure around AI or only uses it at a basic level
Who we're looking for
- Genuinely hungry and competitive about growing brand and market share, with taste
- Full of ideas and comfortable pitching them, including the ones that get rejected
- Can actually get colleagues creating content, not just plan a program on paper
- Strong written judgment - you can take a rough transcript or AI draft and make it sound human, to show personality, taste and value.
- Confident coordinating freelancers and holding them to timelines
- Ideally some prior experience in B2B/SaaS content, community or marketing ops
- You eat, breathe and sleep AI - using it every day, comfortable building automations and basic agents, and testing new things constantly
