Business Introduction

GSK remains committed to achieving bold commercial ambitions for the future. By 2031, we aim to deliver £40 billion in annual sales, leveraging our existing strong performance momentum to significantly increase our positive impact on the health of billions of patients globally. Our Ahead Together strategy is centred on early intervention to prevent and alter the course of disease, thereby protecting people and supporting healthcare systems.

Our diverse portfolio consists of vaccines, specialty medicines, and general medicines.

Through continuous innovation and a dedicated focus on scientific and technical excellence, we strive to develop and launch new, groundbreaking treatments that address critical health challenges.

Position Summary

Lead the central content marketing hub to define and deliver content aligned to brand and customer needs to deliver business outcomes, enhancing quality, speed and engagement aligned to Global to Local Operating model, whilst partnering with technology teams to enhance service delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Hub model design Define the target hub structure from scratch, including its role, scope, and service catalogue within the E2E marketing ecosystem.
  • Alignment with E2E transformation Ensure hub transformation stays aligned with the wider E2E Marketing Operating Model, including content taxonomy, workflow simplification, and marketing tech evolution, and representing the business/commercial implications of hub decisions cross-functionally.
  • RFP and hub re-sourcing Lead the RFP and vendor scoping through evaluation, selection, and contracting in collaboration with procurement.
  • Transition management Plan and run the transition from legacy ways of operating and ensuring continuity of content delivery throughout the transition.
  • Vendor and ecosystem strategy Own the vendor strategy, including footprint, governance, KPI frameworks, and commercial structures with the newly selected partners. Reduce agency dependency and cost through stronger in-hub capability.
  • Capability roadmap Define the capability roadmap for the future (content production, localization, deployment, QA, librarian services), building in modular content, AI-assisted production, and self-service from day one rather than retrofitting the legacy setup.
  • Workflow integration Act as the commercial owner of hub processes within the broader E2E workflow transformation, partnering with workflow and marketing tech leads to embed the new hub network cleanly into redesigned processes, reduce handoffs and friction, and improve cycle time and throughput.
  • Performance management Build a performance framework tracking cycle time, handoff reduction, and tool and workflow adoption, with transparent dashboards and scaled best practices across hubs and markets.
  • Change and adoption Drive market-level adoption with clear value articulation, local market engagement, and pragmatic handling of resistance to the transition away from the legacy setup.

  • Experience gained within consumer, retail, technology, digital-native, MedTech, healthcare, financial services or other digitally advanced industries is highly valued.
  • Strong experience leading vendor strategy, RFPs, partner selection, contracting, transition and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate commercial and operational requirements into scalable technology, workflow, data and AI-enabled solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
