Please note, you will need to have experience with personally driving hundreds of millions of views across social media or led a team that's achieved that level of success.

This is a high-growth consumer brand that's built an impressive digital presence through creative, social-first marketing. As the business continues to scale, they're looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of their organic content strategy and help shape the next phase of growth. This is a broad leadership role for someone who thrives on combining creativity with data. You'll lead a small team, develop high-performing content strategies, and continuously test new ideas to drive engagement, brand awareness, and commercial results across owned channels.

A bit about the role

  • Set the creative direction across the brand's owned social channels.
  • Develop engaging content strategies across a variety of formats, including short-form video, AI-assisted content, static creative, and emerging social trends.
  • Build a structured testing programme to trial new ideas, measure results, and scale successful content.
  • Introduce clear reporting frameworks that help the team understand content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor key engagement and commercial metrics, using data to optimise content strategy and maximise impact.
  • Build stronger attribution between organic marketing activity and business performance.
  • Manage and mentor members of the marketing team, supporting their development and performance.

A bit about you

  • Experience leading social, content, or owned marketing strategies.
  • A strong understanding of organic social platforms and emerging digital trends.
  • Experience using data and experimentation to improve content performance.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to test new ideas and challenge existing ways of working.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
