About Didcot Dental Studio:
At Didcot Dental Studio, we are not a typical dental practice.
We are a fast-growing, founder-led cosmetic and implant referral clinic delivering life-changing dentistry through Invisalign, smile makeovers, and complex implant rehabilitation.
Our brand combines clinical excellence, premium patient experience, and authentic storytelling. We are now building an in-house media function to support the next stage of our growth and are looking for a Content Lead & Social Media Strategist to help shape and drive this.
This is a rare opportunity to join early, take ownership of content direction, and play a central role in building the social media arm of a modern healthcare brand from the inside.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a posting-and-scheduling role.
You will be joining at the stage where systems are forming, not after they are finished. You will help:
- Define how our clinicians appear online
- Shape how patient journeys are documented
- Structure how campaigns are delivered through content
- Build the foundations of a future in-house media team
Over time, this role is expected to grow into leading a small internal content function including an editor and videographer.
The Role
We are looking for someone creative, organised, and strategically minded who can translate real patient journeys into compelling content and bring structure to how our brand appears across social platforms.
You will work closely with clinicians, leadership, and our in-clinic content creator to plan, coordinate, and deliver consistent high-quality storytelling.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- In-clinic filming direction and content coordination
- Remote planning, editing, and strategy work
Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning
- Own and shape the monthly content calendar across:
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Google Business Profile
- Plan storytelling around:
- Invisalign journeys
- Smile makeovers
- Implant rehabilitation cases
- Patient confidence transformations
- Position clinicians as authorities in their fields
- Develop repeatable content formats
- Align content with clinic campaigns and growth priorities
- Identify opportunities to document meaningful patient journeys

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
