Content Lead & Social Media Strategist (Hybrid)
Didcot Dental Studio | Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE
Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (2–3 days in clinic, 2–3 days remote)
About Us
Didcot Dental Studio is not your typical dental practice.
We are a fast-growing, private cosmetic and implant referral clinic dedicated to delivering life-changing dentistry through Invisalign, smile makeovers, full-mouth rehabilitation and advanced dental implants.
Over the last few years, we have built a reputation for exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in building an industry-leading in-house content and social media function that documents real patient journeys, educates, inspires confidence and helps more patients access life-changing treatment.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning of that journey.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Content Lead & Social Media Strategist to lead the next phase of our social media growth.
This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strategy with execution—someone who understands how to build a social media brand, but who is equally happy picking up a camera or editing a Reel when required.
Initially, you’ll be the first dedicated member of our in-house media team, working closely with our clinicians, leadership team and existing in-clinic content creator.
As the business grows, you’ll play a key role in recruiting and leading a wider creative team, including a videographer and video editor.
If you’re excited by building something from the ground up and making a genuine impact, we’d love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
