We are seeking a creative, highly communicative Content & Lifecycle Marketer to drive our brand narrative and nurture our audience. You will be the voice of our company across our website, email channels, and social media, whilst using performance data to continuously optimize your output. If you excel at writing persuasive copy that ranks in Google, surfaces in AI answers, and converts across email and social, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Produce high-quality, long-form content optimized for both traditional search (SEO) and AI visibility (GEO). Refresh existing web pages, structure clear FAQs for AI citation, and build case studies and seasonal campaigns that align with audience intent.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Utilize web analytics and content optimisation tools (e.g., GA4, etc) to track content performance, identify drop-offs, and refresh underperforming assets.
  • Link Building & Digital PR: Execute cold outreach programmes to secure brand citations, press placements, and back-links. Pitch our internal experts for commentary in relevant industry publications.
  • Email Marketing: Take full ownership of our email channel. Design campaign strategies, build automation flows (nurture and welcome sequences), write regular newsletters, and track list health, open rates, and conversions.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a deep understanding of British English grammar, tone, and persuasive messaging.
  • Strong understanding of how to structure content for search engines (SEO) and modern AI tools (GEO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
  • Comfortable using basic web analytics (GA4), content optimisation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
  • A proven track record in digital PR, link building, or media outreach.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote setting and can use data to guide creative decisions.
