Content Studio Manager & Lead Designer

Location: Remote

Shape the Future of Our Creative Studio

Are you an experienced creative leader with a passion for design excellence, team development, and delivering impactful content? We're looking for a Content Studio Manager & Lead Designer to lead our in-house creative studio, combining hands-on design expertise with strong operational and people leadership.

Working closely with our Brand, Marketing, Product Marketing and Channel teams, you'll play a key role in shaping our visual communications, driving creative quality, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Content Studio Manager & Lead Designer, you'll:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of our Design & Content Studio.
  • Manage, prioritise and allocate creative projects across the team.
  • Design and deliver high-quality print and digital marketing assets.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Oversee photography and video projects from briefing through delivery.
  • Develop and improve studio workflows, processes and efficiencies.
  • Manage our Digital Asset Management platform and creative technology.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
  • Lead, coach and develop a talented team of designers.
  • Help recruit, onboard and support the continued growth of the creative team.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing or leading a creative, design or content studio.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).
  • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout and print production.
  • Experience delivering both digital and print creative projects.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in a commercial design, branding or print environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Photography and image retouching experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
