About the company

A well established global B2B events, media and digital content business, producing market leading conferences and online communities for senior decision makers across several specialist sectors, including defence and security. Content sits at the heart of its growth plans, and the content team works closely with marketing, production and sales colleagues in London and overseas. The business is known for a structured three month induction, extensive ongoing training and genuine career progression, with hybrid working from a London office.

Role responsibilities

  • Research and write long form, high impact content from reports, whitepapers and market snapshots to infographics and expert interviews, turning conference agendas into content a senior audience wants to download.
  • Deliver around three to four new pieces of content per event, repurposing existing material where it adds value.
  • Review how each audience engages with past content and use those insights to decide what to produce next.
  • Bring your own ideas to the table and test fresh formats, rather than only working to briefs from the event team.
  • Partner with event producers, marketing managers and sales colleagues so every piece supports both audience needs and commercial goals.
  • Write articles for the online community portals and manage the content calendar, applying SEO and AI search best practice.
  • Build relationships with speakers, sponsors and industry thought leaders to add authority to the brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
