Content Manager

42.5 hours a week
£50,000.00 gross per annum
Competitive benefits

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Manager to create engaging photography and video content across a portfolio of properties, restaurants and retail shops in London and Somerset, each with its own distinct identity and personality.

Working closely with the site General Managers as well as the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, you will respond to brand, campaign and advertising needs, developing content from initial idea through to production, editing and delivery.

The role is highly visual and hands-on in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on creating photography and video for organic social, paid advertising, websites, email and other marketing channels. You will understand how creative needs to adapt depending on the platform, audience and objective, and use performance insights to continually refine and improve your work.

You will also stay up to date with content trends, social platforms and developments in AI and digital discovery, ensuring the group's content remains relevant and effective.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Content creation: Creating video-led content for social media platforms across multiple hospitality venues. Help develop the content aesthetic and act as a brand guardian.
  • Video editing: Confident using video editing platforms to create social-first content.
  • Social media & community management: Plan and schedule content (Reels, TikToks, stories) and manage customer reviews or comments.
  • Website & CMS management: Update text, images, and landing pages via platforms like WordPress.
  • Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for web pages, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Asset creation: Design digital and print collateral, including food and beverage menus, event signage, and promotional graphics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
