Role Description
The Content Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing content that supports link building and broader SEO initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing content calendars
- Briefing and coordinating writers
- Reviewing and editing articles, blogs, and outreach content
- Ensuring alignment with brand voice and SEO best practices

The role involves collaborating with SEO specialists and outreach teams to:

The Content Manager will maintain content guidelines, manage workflows and deadlines, and use analytics tools to refine strategy based on results. This position requires proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a distributed team environment.
Qualifications
- Content planning and editorial skills, including experience managing content calendars, setting guidelines, and coordinating with writers and stakeholders.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and SEO requirements.
- Familiarity with SEO and link-building concepts, such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content-driven outreach strategies.
- Comfort using content and project management tools (e.g., CMS platforms, task management software, and collaborative document tools).
- Analytical skills to interpret content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, audience-sensitive content and adherence to ethical marketing practices.
