We’re partnered with a high profile US headquartered Law firm in London to recruit an experienced Content Writer at an experienced Manager level to join their Business Development & Marketing team. As a newly created position, this opportunity is prime for a talented writer and editor to work closely with partners, practice group leaders and senior stakeholders, producing high-quality content that supports strategic business development and marketing objectives across the firm.
The successful candidate will play a central role in developing compelling, client-focused content across a wide range of channels, helping to strengthen the firm’s market profile and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching, writing and editing thought leadership, practice and industry content, website copy, internal communications and awards submissions
- Working directly with partners and senior stakeholders to create content aligned with market developments, client needs and strategic priorities
- Editing technical drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, accessibility and accuracy
- Supporting pitches, proposals, credentials documents and directory submissions
- Collaborating with BD, content and design teams on wider campaigns and initiatives
- Championing the use of AI tools to improve content production efficiency while maintaining quality and brand standards
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a content writing, editorial or communications role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- The ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging, commercially focused content
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior professionals and partners
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for high-quality content
