Content Manager - Football

London | £50k + bonus

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced social and content professional to join a major organisation within professional sports, helping shape how it engages and grows its fanbase across digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for bringing fresh thinking to the organisation’s social output, combining creativity, audience insight, and platform expertise to produce content that cuts through. Working across sport, culture, and entertainment, you’ll have significant scope to introduce new ideas, experiment with formats, and showcase the personalities and stories at the heart of the sport.

Day-to-day:

  • Develop fresh social-first concepts, formats, and campaigns designed to engage existing audiences and reach new fans.
  • Take responsibility for the organisation’s social channels, ensuring content remains distinctive, relevant, and consistent.
  • Shape content plans across the season, turning wider objectives into engaging digital activity.
  • Oversee external social agency, setting briefs, providing creative direction, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate content capture around key moments in the sporting calendar, including player access, photography, media activity, and pre-season.
  • Work closely with commercial, marketing, communications, and broadcast teams to deliver content across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
