Content Manager (NT at Home)
We are looking for a Content Manager (NT at Home) to join the National Theatre Digital Team.
The NT at Home Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the National Theatre at Home platform, as well as some partner distribution platforms. This includes uploading and merchandising content, tracking and interpreting basic platform analytics, and handling day-to-day audience queries - ensuring the platform runs smoothly and content is presented in a way that drives discovery and viewing.

The successful candidate will have the following:
- Some experience working with a streaming, VOD or other digital content platform, or similar digital content operations experience.
- An understanding of what drives on-platform engagement and conversion - thumbnails, titles, descriptions, curation and placement.
- Comfortable using analytics tools or dashboards to track and interpret basic performance metrics such as click-through rate, watch time and engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, comfortable managing repetitive day-to-day operational tasks accurately and to deadline.
- Good written communication skills, with experience handling customer or audience queries professionally.
