Role Description

The Content Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role supports the development and execution of content across social media, digital platforms, and in-store campaigns to promote Buddies London’s halal fast food offerings. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves:

  • Gathering feedback from customers
  • Helping with promotions
  • Coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that content reflects current offers and brand messaging

The Content Marketing Assistant will help maintain a consistent brand voice and support the creation of simple reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging content and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Market Research skills to help understand customer preferences, local trends, and competitor activity.
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to support front-of-house interactions and ensure marketing aligns with guest experience.
  • Sales & Marketing skills to assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and increasing brand visibility.
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and simple content creation tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in food, hospitality, and halal dining; prior experience in retail or food service is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in London, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for campaigns or events.
