Role: Content Marketing Executive – Leeds/ Hull
Salary: £28k - £28,500 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Marketing Executive to bring the brand to life through compelling content that engages our audiences, builds our profile and supports business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working as part of the wider Group marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering high-quality content across a range of channels, including digital, social media, video, events, thought leadership and PR. You will play a key role in showcasing the impact of our work, strengthening relationships across our client and supply chain network.

From developing case studies, blogs and whitepapers to supporting major campaigns, framework launches and industry events, you will create content that drives engagement, enhances brand awareness and contributes to commercial objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers and delivery partners to identify compelling stories, bring projects to life and ensure our communications remain relevant, informative and impactful.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent writing skills, a flair for storytelling and a passion for creating content that delivers measurable results. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with office working based in either the Hull or Leeds office.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the production of content including but not limited to case studies, video content, webinars, industry research, thought leadership, blogs, event support and other collaboration opportunities.
- Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence by creating engaging content, building audience engagement, monitoring performance, and using insights and industry trends to continually optimise results.
- Support the team with the creation of engaging collateral including but not limited to presentations, brochures and guides.

Skills & Experience Required:
Essential
- 2 years experience in a marketing role
- Experience of working within a b2b marketing role, ideally Procurement or Construction
- Good understanding of basic marketing principles
- Experience working with external agencies and briefing proficiently
- Able to use internal systems to record information and track performance (training provided on CRM, web and social media platforms).
- Be competent using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to be able to articulate internally and externally both verbally and via email.
- Documenting processes and procedures and presenting ideas to other team members.
- A commitment to deadlines and a desire to ‘fly’ the flag for the business.
- A creative thinker, enterprising and entrepreneurial and can demonstrate originality.
- Confident and assertive, also able to work independently and make decisions without the requirement for continuous supervision.
- Consistently professional attitude and approach.
- Good stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
