Job Overview

We’re working with an established and growing consumer brand looking for a creative Content Marketing Executive to join its marketing team. This role is ideal for a strong content candidate who can take technical product features and turn them into original, persuasive content that connects with different customers and industries.

The Role

You’ll create content across the full customer journey, from short-form social posts and campaign messaging through to newsletters, blogs, case studies and website copy. A key part of the role will be understanding what different audiences care about and adapting the message accordingly. These are considered purchases, so the content needs to clearly and creatively communicate why customers should invest in the products rather than relying on simple or generic copy.

You’ll also take ownership beyond the writing itself. This will include uploading content to the relevant platforms, managing its delivery, testing different versions of copy and reviewing performance data to understand what resonates. You’ll then use those insights to continually improve future messaging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
