As a Content Marketing Exec, you’ll take real ownership of testing new product launches and identifying the content angles capable of scaling before significant marketing investment is made.
You’ll work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, combining hands-on content creation with performance analysis and clear commercial recommendations.
With significant autonomy and exposure across the wider marketing function, there is strong scope to develop quickly as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the pre-launch content testing process for new game releases, developing and filming multiple creative angles to identify the strongest concepts.
- Distribute and test content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, analysing performance against internal benchmarks.
- Turn content performance into clear kill, pass or hero recommendations that directly inform launch, marketing and stock decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end content production workflow, including briefs, casting, filming, directing video editors, scheduling and publishing.
- Collaborate with the wider Owned Marketing team to plan and produce content across new launches, Hero SKUs, Pass titles and retail exclusives.

Essential Experience
- Experience creating engaging social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and/or Facebook.
- Strong understanding of what makes short-form content perform, with the ability to develop and test multiple creative concepts.
- Experience analysing social or content performance data and using insights to make clear recommendations.
- Hands-on experience managing content production from initial concept and briefing through to filming, editing and publishing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly creative environment with significant ownership, experimentation and accountability for results.
Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus
