Personal Brand Executive / Content Marketing Executive — Soar With Us

Location: Hybrid — London HQ or fully-remote
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Compensation: £26,000–£32,000

About Us

Founded in 2019, Soar With Us is one of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce advertising agencies — a team of 30+ A-Players who've generated over £250m in client revenue over the last 12 months, working with brands like TRIP, Cowshed, Heights, IM8, 47 Skin, and Nutrition Geeeks.

Over the past three years we've turned personal brand marketing for our leadership team into a genuine demand-generation channel. We're now bringing that function in-house and looking for someone to own and grow it. You'll lead the personal branding strategy for our C-suite (across Soar With Us and For You Advertising) — driving visibility and demand for the group through written content, photo, video, speaking opportunities, and PR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
