Job Title: Content & Marketing Executive
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Content & Marketing Executive to join a growing and innovative business in Ripon. You will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging content across a range of marketing channels, helping to strengthen the company's brand and position within the industry.
Responsibilities Of Content & Marketing Executive
- Support and deliver the company's content and marketing strategy
- Write engaging and authoritative content covering industry trends and market developments
- Create and publish content across the website, blogs, email campaigns and social media
- Develop engaging B2B content, particularly for LinkedIn
- Create and schedule social media content across company channels
- Design graphics, layouts and visual assets for adverts, reports, presentations and other marketing materials
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress
- Identify new content opportunities linked to industry trends, market developments and sourcing stories
- Use AI tools to support and streamline content creation while maintaining an authentic brand voice
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging and consistent with brand guidelines
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support wider marketing and commercial objectives

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in content marketing, copywriting, marketing or a related creative role
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine eye for design, layout and visual storytelling
- Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp and social media platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive approach
- Video editing experience would be advantageous
