Who we are

Loqbox exists to build better borrowers. We’ve already supported 1 million members to improve their credit. And we’re just getting started. Whether we’re helping people build credit, grow their savings or simply understand how it all works, we’re here to unlock life’s possibilities and help people achieve their financial goals.

And we believe the best way to do that is to make people feel something.

About the role

Can you turn audience insight and creative ideas into words that make people stop, feel and act?

We’re looking for an experienced content marketer who knows that great content needs both creative spark and commercial impact.

Reporting to the Lead Content Manager, you’ll create persuasive, distinctive copy across paid advertising, social media, email, SEO, landing pages and more. You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Partnerships and Product, taking ownership of briefs from the first flicker of an idea through to delivery and optimisation.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves their craft. One day, you might be shaping an advertising concept or refining a landing page. The next, you could be interviewing members of the public, appearing on camera or heading out to cover an event.

You’ll use audience insight, performance data and experimentation to make your work stronger, while helping us develop a braver, more distinctive Loqbox voice.

What you’ll do

  • Craft content that inspires, informs, and converts, helping more people create a happier, healthier relationship with money
  • Write copy across paid advertising, social media, email, SEO, landing pages, blogs and internal communications.
  • Own copy briefs from initial idea and concept development through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Use AI to produce quality content at scale.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel content spanning both copy and visual formats
  • Create engaging, relatable content for our platforms, interviewing members of the public and appearing on camera.
  • Write persuasive advertising copy that captures attention and drives conversions
  • Collaborate on weekly social media content calendars, increasing our follower growth and engagement rates
  • Match content to intent at every touchpoint in the customer journey, bringing the brand to life in a way that resonates with our audience.
  • Support the delivery of our SEO content roadmap, creating and optimising content to improve search rankings and discoverability.
  • Take part in cross-functional experiments, using copy creatively to increase impact and optimise the experience for our audiences and members across new and existing channels.
  • Deliver monthly reporting for your owned areas, demonstrating the business impact of our marketing channels.
  • Step outside to create content. We create content and attend and cover events around Bristol and at locations across the UK.
  • Communicate our brand values and mission consistently across every content channel.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once, prioritising effectively and working to agreed timelines.
  • Help build a positive culture and be a cheerleader for your colleagues — we play together and win together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
