About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Empowrd AI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence models and solutions that address real-world challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with a talented team of professionals, and contribute to shaping the future of AI technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI algorithms tailored to project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Implement and maintain scalable AI systems that are robust, efficient, and secure.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.
- Document technical specifications, model architectures, and development processes for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
