  • 40+ nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team.
  • A real chance to make an impact and work alongside world class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem.

Practicalities

  • Work mode: Hybrid, based in London or EU remote
  • Level: Lead
  • Employment type: Full time and permanent

About the role

You will own Verda's editorial calendar and cadence end-to-end — performance benchmarks, deployment guides, applied-research papers, customer stories, and product launches — shipping consistently against our company-wide priorities.

You will coordinate production across our internal AI Lab, AI Developer Advocates, wider Engineering and Marketing teams, and ecosystem partners. You will edit deeply technical content for clarity without distorting substance, and write the informational and narrative pieces yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will direct the SEO & GEO agency and external writers, integrating their input into the editorial plan. You will know when to scale with additional agency or freelance support, and hold a high bar for the work you accept regardless of who delivers it.

You will work closely with Product Marketing — they own positioning, you own the cadence and craft of how it shows up. As the function matures, you will build the network of contributors that lets the editorial engine scale.

  • A capable writer in your own right; you can shift between editing and writing without losing voice
  • Strong cross-stakeholder coordination across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams
  • Proficient in directing agencies and external contributors, with a clear bar for the quality of work you accept
