Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 pro rata, dependent on experience

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and support content across both Harnham and Rockborne.

This is a hands-on writing role for someone who can produce high-quality content, understand the purpose behind what they are creating, and gradually take more ownership of our content output. You’ll work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, initially receiving support around content ideas, briefs and promotion, but over time we’d like you to bring your own ideas to the table and help shape our content calendar.

The role will cover a broad mix of content, including articles, landing pages, thought leadership, downloadable resources, LinkedIn content and event-led pieces.

There is also potential for the role to develop into a permanent position after the initial six-month contract.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
