Content Marketing Manager (In a top Leeds digital agency)
📍 Leeds (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
💰 £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
💼 Full-time
The Role
Love telling stories that people actually want to engage with?
Know how to turn a client win, campaign result, industry insight or agency success into content that builds credibility, creates conversations and supports commercial growth?
Our digital agency client are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of how their agency shows up in the market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating as much as coordinating. You'll be responsible for bringing the agency's story to life across social media, content marketing, events, campaigns and awards, ensuring the right people see the right messages at the right time.
You'll work closely with the Growth team and senior leadership, creating content that supports brand awareness, demand generation and commercial conversations with senior marketing decision-makers.
What You'll Be Doing
📱 Social Media & Community
- Own the day-to-day management of the agency's social channels
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Actively engage with industry conversations and relevant content
- Build visibility amongst senior marketing decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Directors and Heads of Marketing
- Drive meaningful engagement rather than simply broadcasting content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
