What We’re Looking For: Marketing & Content Lead
Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & SEO Optimization
- Produce SEO-optimised and LLM-friendly blog content and guides.
- Develop and test short-form content for social media channels.

Brand & Tone of Voice Advocacy
- Champion consistent brand voice and guidelines across all content.
- QA and refine third-party content to ensure alignment with OpenPayd’s brand standards.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Support
- Keep website pages and marketing collateral updated with the latest insights.
- Champion data-driven storytelling to enhance marketing campaigns.

Case Study Development
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and key clients to develop a pipeline of B2B case studies.
- Showcase OpenPayd’s platform through client success stories.

Event & Campaign Leadership
- Partner with event and commercial teams to launch and promote a roundtable series.
- Contribute to broader brand awareness and GTM initiatives.
Requirements
You must have:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in content marketing.
- Proficiency in multi-channel content creation, including:
- Blogs, emails, webinars, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- A keen eye for brand voice, tone, and стильнейку.
- Ability to produce both short-form (social media, newsletters) and long-form (blogs, case studies, reports) with engaging, spine-tingling copy.
- A perfectionist mindset—editorial excellence and meticulous proofreading are second nature.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation tools.
- Deep-seated proactiveness and cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working independently and as part of integrated projects.
- Comfortable with SEO best practices and content strategy alignment.
