As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies for a leading meditation and wellness platform targeting the US market. This remote, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with founders, drive creative direction, and influence the growth of a thriving digital community. Your expertise will help expand the reach of meditation, spirituality, and self-development content across multiple channels.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and additional platforms.
- Create and oversee the production of video concepts, Reels, carousels, and launch campaigns.
- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to inform content planning.
- Build and optimize content funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze content performance metrics, test new formats, and scale successful initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand vision and audience needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong visual judgment.
- Demonstrated interest or background in meditation, spirituality, wellness, self-development, astrology, chakras, or esotericism.
- Familiarity with AI content tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to content optimization.
- Availability for a full-time, long-term contract.
