Content Marketing Manager – Luxury Skincare & Wellness
6-month fixed-term contract
London | Hybrid working
Salary up to £65,000
Fella & Jones is partnering with an ambitious, rapidly growing luxury skincare and wellness brand to appoint a Content Marketing Manager for an initial six-month contract.
This is a pivotal role for a strategic content thinker who knows that brilliant creative starts long before the first word is written.
Sitting at the intersection of customer insight, commercial strategy and creative execution, you will turn business priorities into compelling messaging strategies and focused, actionable briefs. You will uncover the strongest customer proposition, simplify complex product information and give creative teams the clarity they need to produce content that builds the brand and drives action.
This is not a hands-on copywriting role or a traditional project management position. It is an opportunity to shape what the brand says, how it says it and why the customer should care.
The role
- Transform marketing priorities and cross-functional requests into clear, inspiring content and campaign briefs
- Develop messaging frameworks tailored to different products, audiences, channels and stages of the customer journey
- Interrogate and strengthen briefs by identifying the customer insight, commercial objective and most persuasive creative angle
- Translate technical features, product innovation and complex claims into meaningful customer benefits
- Partner closely with creative teams to bring messaging to life across paid media, email, website and wider brand communications
- Review copy and creative against brand standards, commercial goals and approved product claims
- Provide thoughtful, precise and constructive feedback that raises the quality and effectiveness of the work
- Use campaign performance and customer insight to continually sharpen future messaging
- Manage a busy content pipeline, balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
